July 2018

The 4th of July
Marshal was so excited to have a trailer on his bike until it came to riding in the parade and then he had stage fright. He was timid and shy and barely made it around the corner.

The Zoo with the Starr Girls
We had a good time going to the zoo with the Starr girls.

The kids got to ride the carousel.

Holdaway Reunion
We had a good time with the Holdaway family. As usual the uncles playfully
teased one another and then the skies opened up and poured on us.
Grandma always has to get in her waterfight one way or another.

Life in July
Sometimes it's just fun to take pictures of the bearded dragons...they are funny & selfies with Marshal are also fun. Marshal had to show off this construction trucks (bottom left) and he manged to take a selfie with Rebecca Chapman in it when we weren't looking (bottom middle on the left). The boys were enjoying watching Braxton's phone together (two top right picutures). Finally I added
this saying about being strong because this summer I have been through an
emotional and mental storm and this month I found a break in the clouds.
I am so thankful for the Lord's help when difficult times come.

We have more selfies with Marshal and on his own in addition to more funny bearded dragon pics. We really enjoyed going to the ward camp out and the teenagers and dads had a good time playing 9 square (bottom left)! I don't recall what Braxton and Cort were watching on tv by their reactions to it were priceless (bottom middle on the left). As a mother of boys I sometimes worry that my boys will get married and not be interested in spending time with us, but this little saying reminded me that I am very important in my boys lives now and I will be just as important later (top middle on the left).

Beautiful July
I never realized how beautiful July is.
There is so much beauty and color to enjoy this month.

I sure love my flower gardens and beautiful summer skies!
