Dancing Through Spring in April 2024

General Conference
in Person
We took the boys to the Saturday Evening Session of General Conference for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. We went standby and were able to get in with no problem!

From the conference center, we had beautiful skies and views... A look at all the temples around the world... Conference snacks... A picture of us in our seats waiting for the conference to begin...
Cort, as always, standing in the light...We broke the escalator, oops! (Not really, but since this happened after we used it, we kept joking that we broke it)

Taylorsville Temple
Open House
We took the younger boys and toured the Taylorville Temple.

It is a beautiful temple...

...with beautiful grounds!

Pinewood Derby
The ward did a pinewood derby for the youth and the activity days kids.

Our boys had a lot of fun!

Prom Prep
Cort helped me take practice photos for Braxton's Prom.

His creativity, combined with his photogenic nature, made for a fun photo shoot!

I look forward...

...to him going...

...to dances...

...in the future!

Prom Pictures
It was a lot of fun taking photos of these great people!

I love the look we got from using the umbrella!

I'm so glad that Braxton and Tyson got to take
Hannah McCafferty and Adelyn Holdaway to the dance!

I hope my other boys will let me take their photos as well!

Life In April
Always playing soccer!

The peacocks are reproducing and taking over the neighborhood...Still tracking my fitness progress.

It's kind of fun to have a woodpecker in the area
...as long as it's not pecking any wood on my property. lol

Having a good hair day... Braxton looking good in his Prom outfit... Marshal was saving his soccer outfit in his blanket... Me hanging out with a jeep for Marshal. lol... We've found ourselves a pet snake in the yard... I love that Marshal's bucket list is 100% sports... Tyson made a cute poster to ask Adelyn to the Prom, and Braxton made a word search to ask Hannah.
